In honor of the Sedona Historical Society’s 40th Anniversary, we are launching a Time Capsule project!
What would you want visitors to the Sedona Heritage Museum and the community to understand about this time in Sedona in 2022, 40 YEARS FROM NOW?
We are collecting personal, momentous, or even normal life events from your experiences in Sedona, or you can donate a small object of significance and describe its meaning to you as it reflects your life in Sedona.
The Sedona Historical Society will review the submitted stories and objects for size and context and decide which will be added to the Time Capsule. All of the contributions will be preserved together at the Sedona Heritage Museum in a sealed and safe environment and revealed to the public in 2062. Will you be there? A fall event is being planned for the “burial” of the time capsule.
To learn more or to submit your story or item, send us an email, or print a form to mail in.
