The Verde Valley Woodcarvers, with members from beginners to master carvers, was formed in 1997 by Norm Knight. They have had hundreds of people try their hand at carving since then with several members meeting weekly. Come by with your own equipment or just come to watch these artisans do relief carving, chip carving, and found wood and bark carving. There is no fee for this demonstration.
